President of Omega Fire Ministries Worldwide, Apostle Johnson Suleman, says he is considering standing as a surety for detained activist, Omoyele Sowore.
Mr Sowore, convener of Revolution Now protest, is in the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS) on charges of treasonable felony and other sundry offences.
Suleman, however, in a tweet on Monday said he was worried that Sowore had not found sureties.
“I’m really worried that nobody is ready to stand surety for @YeleSowore. Yes, he has hurt a lot of people, me inclusive.
But do we focus on that and let him rot where he? In a situation like this, what will Christ do?
I’m ‘considering’ standing bail for him,” he wrote.
