The Appeal Court in PortHarcourt has ordered the INEC in Bayelsa State to martian Statuesque as at September 18 this year when the matter was filled in Federal High Court In the state . Lead Judge of the court , Justice A O Lokolo Sodikpi in his ruling on the motion experte also ordered that the statusquo remains pending the determination of the Motion on Notice before the court. The Appeal Court also ordered that all the parties be served the processes.
Recall that a Federal High Court in Yenegoa yesterday disqualified the APC gubernatorial Candidate , David Lyon and his party from contesting tomorrow’s election.
