Just In: President Tinubu To Swear in Appointed Ministers on Monday 21st of August 2023.

According to the statement, the ceremony will take place at the State House Conference Centre, Presidential Villa in Abuja by 10 am.

President Bola Tinubu has slated Monday, August 21, 2023 for the swearing-in of 45 ministers he assigned portfolios to on Wednesday night.

This is contained in a statement released by Nnamdi Maurice Mbeari, Permanent Secretary, General Services Office, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.

According to the statement, the ceremony will take place at the State House Conference Centre, Presidential Villa in Abuja by 10 am.

The statement reads: “The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Sen. George Akume, CON, invites all Ministers-Designate to the swearing-in ceremony to be presided over by his Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, President, Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces, Federal Republic of Nigeria, scheduled as follows:

“DATE: MONDAY, 21ST AUGUST, 2023

VENUE: STATE HOUSE CONFERENCE CENTRE, 

PRESIDENTIAL VILLA, ABUJA.

TIME: 10:00AM 

“MINISTERS-DESIGNATE ARE TO PLEASE NOTE THAT THEIR DOCUMENTATION WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE CONFERENCE ROOM, GENERAL SERVICES OFFICE, SECOND FLOOR, OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY TO THE GOVERNMENT OF THE FEDERATION FROM 10AM – 4PM ON SATURDAY 19TH & SUNDAY 20TH AUGUST, 2023. 

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR DOCUMENTATION:

“-CURRICULUM VITAE

-BIRTH CERTIFICATE/ DECLARATION OF AGE

-TWO PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPHS
