RANGERS HOPEFUL OF AWAY WIN AGAINST KASTINA UNITED IN NPFL MATCH DAY 2
Spokesperson of Rangers International Football Club says the club is ready to upset their host, Katsina United in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) match day two.
In a statement issued on Tuesday in Enugu, Okolie said the club was ready to battle Kastina United to stand still.
He said that the club was aiming for an upset in the rescheduled match day two, to be played on Wednesday, April 3 at the Mohammadu Dickko Stadium, Kastina.
â With two home victories over Sunshine Stars, Remo Stars and valuable away draws in Sagamu, mid-week, Minna at the weekend, the coach Olugbenga Ogunbote tutored side is in the right frame of mind to annex all points at stake in Katsina,â he said.
Okolie said that the club strikers were eager to get the goals after firing blank in their last two matches. â I know it will be a difficult match but the players were ready to go for the three points at stake,â Okolie said.
