‘MOURINHO PLAYS BORING FOOTBALL’ – USAIN BOLT

Legendary 100 metre runner has expressed his frustration at watching his boyhood team Manchester United and begs Paul Pogba to stay.
Usain Bolt has branded Manchester United ‘s football ‘boring’ and says manager Jose Mourinho is to blame.

The 100m world record holder is a huge supporter of the Red Devils and has always stated that it is his dream to play for the club.
This Sunday he will get to partly realise his dream as he will play at Old Trafford in Soccer Aid for Unicef, a celebrity football match for charity that will pit singer Robbie Williams’ England team against Bolt’s Rest of the World XI.
Ahead of the match, Bolt has bemoaned Man Utd’s style of football after a season in which they fell short both domestically and in Europe.

“We started off well but then we got boring after a while,” the legendary Jamaican told Goal .
“I didn’t like that because I’m used to Manchester United being an attacking team.”
Asked if the notoriously cautious Mourinho is too defensive, the eight-time Olympic gold medalist replied: “Yes he is but that’s how Mourinho plays.”

Finally, Bolt pleaded with the under-fire Paul Pogba to remain at the club after a difficult season during which the Frenchman was dropped and clashed with Mourinho. “He better stay!” the sprinter roared.
